MY PARENT TOOK ME TO SHRINE WHEN I WAS YOUNG - JOE METTLE

Ghanaian gospel artists Joseph Oscar popularly known as Joe Mettle revealed how sickness landed him at shrines when he was a child.

According to the multiple award-wining artists and also the artist of the year 2017,he said his parent take him to several shrines to cure him of a sickness that nearly took away his life when he was a child.

He added that,they took me to several shrines just to cure my sickness but i was not cured.They cut a portion on my cheek and put in some herbs.After the first cut on one of my side cheek,i wasn't healed so the priest had to cut the other side.

Joe Mettle latter added that ,he got healing from 'God Almighty' and after 4 years he has never encounter that sickness again inhis life time.He said the marks on his cheek are not tribal marks.

Joe Mettle who won award like Best Song Writer, Best Performance at the 2015 VGMA, Best Male Artists at 2016 RIGA Award in South Africa and Artists of the year 2017.
He also earned multiple nominations in both local and international award schemes.
