AY Z and Beyoncé are spunking a RIDICULOUS amount of cash on their newest property.
The mega stars are forking out £68 million on their latest home - and paying an extortionate amount on mortgage repayments.


According to the LA Times, the billion-dollar rich stars have paid out for the immense contemporary Los Angeles estate and they have a mortgage of £41.1 million.

This is thought to amount to 30 years of monthly payments at around £194,000 a month.
The Bel-Air mansion has approximately 30,000 square feet of living space with no less than four outdoor swimming pools.

An essential for any celeb worth their weight in gold these days is a spa and wellness centre, which the property boasts.

No mansion would be complete without a media room and separate staff quarter.

Of course, there's also a full-sized basketball court for the sporty pair, with a 15-car garage, eight bedrooms, eleven bathrooms and bullet proof windows.

The rapper was recently rushed off site at V Festival at the weekend after a major security scare which saw a large part of the backstage area evacuated.
